The Role of a Human Book
People who volunteer to become "books" make their experiences open and available, usually on issues that people tend to have a difficult time discussing.
Be yourself. Be honest and open; listen carefully to the reader.
Do not play a role or overdramatize; the most important thing is just to be you.
Be ready to share your personal experiences. If questions become too intimate, you do not have to answer.
